The students of the minor’s programme of Faculty of Agriculture had meeting with coordinators of Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) on the 20th of December, 2019.
The target of the meeting was to inform the students on the opportunity of the probation period in the line of Agriculture.
The coordinator of FAO extension, Teona Mackacaria gave introductory speech to the students concerning the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the opportunities that are supported by the EU funded programme“Support for Agriculture and Rural Development - ENPARD III”. In the frameworks of the above-mentioned programme the students and the postgraduates of excellent background in the field of Agriculture will have chance of taking the course of paid probation .
Dean of the faculty, Prof. Ketevan Kintsurashvili expressed gratitude to the guests for the valuable information. Several students of the Faculty of Agriculture will have chance of taking the probation period in the frameworks of ENPARDextension programme with employment prospects in leading enterprises in Imereti region of Georgia.
