ATSU Students Awarded Certificates After Finishing British Council-funded Project "CREATIVE SPARK ENGLISH CLUB"

At the initiative of ATSU Language Learning Center students of Akaki Tsereteli State University were given the opportunity to engage in various language activities including the project "Virtual English Club" funded by British Council. The lessons of the club were conducted by Ketevan Memanishvili, a specialist of Language Learning Center, who was selected after winning the competition announced by the British Council. Students were selected through an open competition based on a review of cover letters. Students of different faculties of the university were involved in the project. The project was fully funded by British Council.

The cub meetings were held online for 5 months via Microsoft Teams platform. The main goal of the project was to develop the participants' English language communication skills.
After completing the virtual "English Club" successfully, the participants were awarded certificates by the Rector of Akaki Tsereteli University, Professor Roland Kopaliani.
